Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These Terms of Service apply when you access or use PharmaNotes. By using the website, signing in or purchasing premium access, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About PharmaNotes

PharmaNotes is an independent educational resource that organises study notes and related materials for Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) students. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any university, college, Pharmacy Council or examination authority.

2. Accounts and Google sign-in

Some features and protected study materials require you to sign in using Google. You are responsible for using an account you are authorised to access and for keeping your account and devices secure. You must not impersonate another person, misuse another user's account or attempt to bypass authentication or access controls.

3. Free materials and premium access

Some materials may be available without payment. Other materials may require a paid semester pass. The price, covered semester and access duration shown on the website or at checkout apply to the particular offer you purchase. At the date of this policy, the Semester 5 offer is ₹59 for nine calendar months. Offers for other semesters, if introduced, may have different prices or durations.

Premium access is associated with the signed-in account used for the purchase. After the payment is successfully verified, access is activated for the semester covered by that purchase and remains available until the displayed expiry date. Access expires automatically at the end of the stated period; there is no automatic renewal unless a checkout flow expressly says otherwise. A new purchase is required to regain access after expiry.

Do not assume that a purchase covers other semesters, future content, or services not expressly included in the offer at checkout.

4. Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay and may also be subject to the terms of your bank, card issuer, UPI app or other payment provider. You must review the amount and offer details before confirming payment. Access is granted only after the payment is verified by PharmaNotes.

If a payment is debited but access is not activated, or if you believe a transaction was made in error, contact us with the transaction reference so we can investigate. Refund and cancellation requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Permitted use of study materials

Study materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning and revision. Unless you have our written permission or a separate licence, you must not:

You may use publicly available materials only in ways permitted by applicable copyright law and any licence or rights notice attached to those materials.

6. Content accuracy and educational disclaimer

Materials are provided for general educational and revision purposes. We do not guarantee that notes are complete, error-free, up to date or suitable for every university, syllabus, examination or academic year. Always compare them with your current syllabus, official university notices and prescribed textbooks. PharmaNotes does not provide medical, pharmacy-practice or professional advice.

7. Intellectual property and third-party content

The PharmaNotes website design, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Some study materials may belong to their respective authors or rights holders. We do not claim ownership of third-party material unless expressly stated. If you believe material on the website infringes your rights, contact us with sufficient details for review.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website, change the organisation of materials, or temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We will take reasonable steps to avoid disrupting valid paid access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or restrict an account or access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, payment is reversed or disputed, access is being shared or misused, or the service is at risk. Where appropriate, we will review the circumstances and restore access if the issue is resolved.

10. Third-party services and links

Sign-in, hosting, file delivery, payments and advertising may rely on third-party services, including Google, Supabase, Cloudflare, Razorpay and Monetag. Those services are subject to their own terms and policies. PharmaNotes is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PharmaNotes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, reliance on study materials, temporary service interruptions or third-party services. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the website develops. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory legal rights. For questions, payment issues or complaints, email gursewak12890@gmail.com.
